Russell Wilson is on Brand, Amanda Gorman is on Point and Their Passion is on Game!

Well, lots of ground to cover, buzz to breakdown and chatter to scatter after the Superbowl. Alright, not everybody was happy about how things went lopsided in a hurry. Some think the refs were off their game, but that The Weeknd as halftime performer made up for all the things that were missing due to Covid.

Some frontline workers and health professionals were honored to see the game in person. But after the post-game interviews fans at home were glued to see Queen Latifa as ‘The Equalizer’. She was kicking butt, taking names and getting high praise for her new breakout show.

Leading up to the big game was word that Russell Wilson won the Walter Payton Man-of-the-Year Award. That’s something many in the game aspire to get because of who Payton was to sports fans. When you think of Payton (aka “sweetness”) there’s a similar suave and swag that Wilson brings to the party.

We saw Amanda Gorman give another world stage performance. She’s the youngest poet laureate to speak at a Presidential Inauguration. It’s as if she’s poised to be like a Maya Angelou of our time, having recently made the cover of Time Magazine. She combines words with delivery into an inspiring story.

Folks say the TV commercials had some of the old and more of the new, with lots of celeb cameos. What we might get from watching the Superbowl is like what we get from watching Wilson and Gorman. He’s on brand, she’s on point and their passion is on game. They show how folks can get there too by how they:

1. Work

Wilson shared a few tips on how he gets ready for each season. He’s big on putting in the time, not for the crime but for the climb. It’s the things he does in mind, body and spirit that carry over to the things he does in pass, run and score. If his body is his temple, then the field is his place for getting fan praise.

2. Sacrifice

Gorman stays on point by remembering the part that sacrifice plays in one’s journey. To us it might seem like she came out of nowhere. But to her it’s been a slow and steady march towards a brighter day. Sacrifice for her in a sense means giving up something without giving up on yourself.

3. Step

Ever watched the foot work of a quarterback while in the pocket? It’s a kinda dance with a backstep here or a leap step there. Every QB probably has a certain rhythm and flow to how they step to their game. He’s in the socket and in the pocket before passing like a rocket. That’s how you step to your game.

4. Represent

How does she at such a young age have the calm and composure of a seasoned veteran? How does he go from amazing on the field to a servant in the community? It’s how they pull it together to represent their brand, their talents and their love for what they do. To represent is to know how to rep your presence.

So history was made in all kinda ways at the game. There was the first female on a referee crew in a Superbowl. The first team to play in the game as a home team. But even when you’re not in it to be making history, there’s still the chance to work, sacrifice, step and represent in giving it your best.

Tip: In order to represent your best, you have to rep your presence in a way that is like sunshine of your essence.

Time to Check-in With Patrick Mahomes and Kevin Hart About Putting the Dream to Work in the Huddle or Around Your Hustle

The Superbowl matchup is set! For the first time in NFL history, the host venue will have the home team in the big game. That’s where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers comes in. Led by someone seen as the G.O.A.T., the Bucs and Tom Brady are going up against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Mahomes is the franchise face for the NFL as a young quarterback in the game. After signing a mega contract for lifetime-years, he’s also trying to do something that’s not easy to come by: win back-to-back Superbowl games. The Chiefs bring a high-scoring offense with lots of receiving weapons on the roster.

Another franchise face (but in the comedy game) is Kevin Hart, who’s been laying low since Covid. Yet, he’s always looking for ways to build market appeal and keep it real. So Hart has teamed-up with a brand that’s focused on helping folks manage the emotional highs, lows and bouts with depression.

Not that he’s dealing with these struggles, but he’s mindful of how close he came to losing it all after a car wreck. That, coupled with quarantine rules nowadays kept him home for periods much longer than he’s used to. Maybe this helped tamper down his ‘wild side’ and put a spotlight on the family by his side.

Hart says he’s the hardest working dude in showbiz (let him tell it). Some sport junkies might see Mahomes as the ‘rising star’ who’s not just about scoring in the game but also adding social impact to his name. They’ve got a track record for going from huddle to hustle to giving hope by how they:

1. Align

For Hart being able to align means getting to a decision point for “turning today’s BS into tomorrow’s success.” Not just the everyday BS but for him also going from big setback to major comeback. It’s all about how you align passion with purpose, effort with expectation, goal with role and calling with destiny.

2. Bond

Over the past year Hart has found new ways to bond with his kids now that he’s kinda always home. The bonds we share allow us to care and as the saying goes, “people don’t care how much you know but how much you care.” Like with his kids, it’s in how we bond that can be a source for feeling empowered.

3. Grind

When Mahomes suffered a concussion in a recent playoff game, things seemed bleak for him playing the next week. But after passing the medical protocol he was back at practice. The grind isn’t just about what you do every so often. It’s about how you ‘bring it’ especially when you just want to say, ‘forget it’.

4. Flow

One reason the grind is important is that it gets you closer to being in flow. This is when things just fire on all cylinders. It’s when things feel effortless or seem weightless. After a few snaps, just watch Mahomes as he goes to work making side-arm passes in ways the defense didn’t see coming or couldn’t stop.

So will history be made at the Superbowl? It might be with the commercials as some regular sponsors are spending their ad dollars in new ways. Companies have had to adjust from taking a hit to their bottom line. But Mahomes and Hart remind us that dreams come thru when we align, bond, grind & flow.

Tip: Just ‘do it’ by putting the dream to work around the clock or block to block and make it ‘do what it do’.

Breakout School: Jimmy Butler has Lessons to Teach and Taysom Hill Has New Heights to Reach

doc-live-headshot

The Superbowl is behind us and the dust just ‘bout to settle on the halftime show. With two Latin divas on stage, let’s say it was for some ‘too hot to handle.’ They continue to rack-up views on Youtube even as Jlo reminds fans that the performance was more that just sizzle, it had some steak (message) as well.

While Taysom Hill and the New Orleans Saints didn’t make it to the big game, he’s considering what might be his next move. As a restricted free agent, he’s able to test the waters to see if any other team wants to sign him. At this stage he says he’s ready to be a starter as a franchise quarterback.

taysom-hill

Jimmy Butler has been through this before as a basketball pro athlete. The last few seasons have seen him bounce around between Chicago, Minnesota, Philadelphia and now with the Miami Heat. Butler seems to have found his groove and is having a breakout performance as a franchise player.

Since Butler has been to ‘breakout school’ as a free agent, he may have something to teach. And since Hill is ready to be a starter, he has new heights he wants to reach. Hill hopes that a decision by Drew Brees on whether he’ll return for another season, will hopefully help to work out the details.

Butler’s been doing some soft recruiting to get Joel Embiid his former teammate, to join him. Maybe team chemistry isn’t working on the homecourt. But Hill doesn’t have that problem. Whichever way things playout with Butler’s court magic and Hill field presence, time at breakout school is spent building your:

  1. Genius

The thing that makes Hill special is his versatility. He’s played multiple positions on the field including quarterback, tight-end, wide receiver and kickoff return. Will that genius make him more marketable as a free agent? It depends on whether teams worry about him losing that edge if he became a starting QB.

  1. Flow

Hill was an undrafted player after college. He did tryouts for the Green Bay Packers but didn’t make the cut. Then the Saints pick him up for their squad which got him in the flow of the league. Sports commentators wonder if Hill will be like a Tim Tebow in terms of the impact he can have as a starter.

  1. Niche

Usually when a player gets traded like happened before to Butler, they’re bringing a certain skill set to a team. Sometimes it’s a one-for-one replacement and other times it might involve multiple players. It can be filling a position on the team or a niche in the game based on the value they bring to the mix.

jimmy-butler

  1. Bliss

Butler probably has spent time off-season and after practice working on his shot. He’s had to expand his game to boost his stats. For some players it’s about working on free-throw percentage. For others it might be a mid-range or three-point shot. The breakout seems to come when skill plus thrill bring more bliss.

Hill is hoping one way or another that he has a chance to prove himself. This might depend on whether Brees returns for another season or if Hill gets a shot as starter elsewhere. Whichever way the wind blows he’ll come to see like Butler that breakout school is learning how to bring the juice.

Tip: A breakout performance is about getting your chance to flow by building your strengths on the job, juice in the game and bliss for the fans.

Shakira & J-lo Bring a Wide Skill-Set as Two High Performing Stars in Music & Showbiz

doc-live-headshot

College athletes ‘bout to get paid! Well, it’s not happening tomorrow or this season. But it’s set to kick-in after a while in California with the new law signed by the Governor. Not everyone is happy with this new shift in sports marketing. Time will tell if fans think the players deserve to get a slice of the gametime pie.

While that works itself out, Shakira and Jennifer Lopez ‘bout to cash-in too. They’ll be the Superbowl’s halftime show headliners. It’s a first for both and a first for two Latin-infused artists to perform together. We can reasonably expect to see lots of shakes, rattles and rolls across the dance stage.

Some wonder if one really needed the other for this premier event. Both have similar backgrounds and achievements in the music biz, selling around 75 million records. They can sing in English, Spanish and Spanglish if it comes to that. They’ve both had their own world tours and soldout performances.

jlo4

What’s special here is that their musical medley could include a vast array of hits from hip hop, reggaeton, pop, R&B and Latin flava. What’s even more special is how they next-level their skillset as two high performing stars in music and showbiz. Their list of awards is too long to unpack right this minute.

Shakira with her belly dancing chops and Jlo with her Hustler movie role could bring a new level of sexy sizzle to the big show. Whether singing, dancing, acting or just sky-walking in the air, they’re ready to fulfill a dream that’s a long time coming. Their star power is an example of what it takes to be:

  1. Brand Conscious

Everybody knows sex sells in showbiz. But business savvy has taken them all the way to the bank. Jlo’s made her share of pop culture dollaz across music, movies, TV and consumer fragrance products. You get the sense that if they could find a way to be ‘brand conscious’ with dirt, they’d collect there too.

  1. Body Conscious

They’ve been known to use their bodies to tease male fans. Some people have a way to ‘fit it’ and others have a way to ‘flaunt it.’ It’s a case where fitness alone doesn’t make them hot in showbiz. These ladies are body conscious with it to the point where they know how to bring a swish and a swash.

  1. Socially Conscious

There’re two women Jlo admires, not so much for their ‘swish and swash’ but for their socially conscious dash. One is the notorious RBG – Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the other Michelle Obama. It’s the kind of socially conscious appeal she hopes to have, not as a duplicate but as a ‘Jenny from the block’ original.

  1. Style Conscious

It takes style conscious swag for folks to be so attracted to what they’re wearing. Imagine the number of outfit changes they’ll make during the performance? It only takes removing layer after layer right down to skin and more skin. We might even see a few magazine front cover spreads in time for the big event.

shakira2

Shakira is set to release the movie edition of her recent concert world tour. Jlo’s been getting Oscar buzz for her role in the Hustler movie. When these ladies bring it together it’s gonna be lots of hot momma ‘shaking and baking’ for the taking. If you know what I know, watchout for them wandering eyes. Hey ya!

Tip: Next-leveling your skillset is a good way for bringing high-performance hustle to the game and brand-conscious star power to your fame.

Checkout Spike Lee and Regina King Exchanging Notes on ‘Being in The Running’ and Getting That First Shot at the Big Prize

doc_lg

It’s maybe one of the biggest no-calls in an NFL game. That’s the general feeling among players and fans after the Saints-Rams championship. Even the Rams defensive player helped make the point. That turnover moment will be remembered for how it took away Saints momentum during the late stretch.

Then there’s the roll-call coming out of Hollywood with this year’s Oscar nominations. Lots of buzz around Spike Lee getting his first pick ever. There’s probably just as much attention Lee will receive if he wins as Regina King got when she won at the Golden Globes. Imagine what we’d learn if they exchanged notes?

Lee and King spent a lot of time ‘being in the running.’ Over the years Lee has produced a host of films that made waves in pop culture. But it seems he kept being overlooked by the Academy. King was a child actor on the sitcom ‘227’ before becoming a Director and making her powerful statement at the Globes.

regina-king2

They’d tell the story going from no-call in Hollywood to roll-call in nominations and going from first-look to getting that first-shot in industry. They kept doing their thing even when overlooked. As they worked on their performance styles and pleasing audiences, they had love for the fans and hustle-love for the game.

Lee has produced films that raise social awareness and deliver entertainment value. Sometimes he appears on sports-talk shows debating crossover topics. King has seen roles from the small screen to the big movie sets. And she’s preparing for a new career goal in 2019 as she steps-up her game with some:

  1. School Days

spike-lee2

There’s the movie School Daze that Lee produced around the HBCU college scene. But there’s also ‘school days’ that King is ready to tackle. She knows there’s more to learn about herself, her craft and showbiz as an industry. That’s probably a satisfaction Lee now feels having gone down that road.

  1. Challenge Days

King realizes that her goal will come with some challenge days. These aren’t just days of a social media challenge which can get out of hand. Folks are doing crazy stuff for no good reason. The challenge days King expects involve doing big stuff for greater results. Such challenge days can bring greater meaning.

  1. Tough Calls

With the Saints game, one view is that the no-call was a tough call to make. That’s maybe why the NFL plans to consider whether pass-interference plays will be subject to video review in the future. There’re tough calls to make when it comes to being in the running and getting your first shot at the big prize.

  1. Pitch Calls

Over the years Lee has probably done a few ‘pitch calls’ where he’s made the case for his next project. A part of stepping-up her game means King will have to do the same. Making the pitch often involves figuring-out the niche. That helps with opening new doors and bringing new ideas to the marketplace.

The Vegas bookies will give the odds-on favorite for which team has the best chance to win in the Superbowl. The showbiz talkers will get into the nitty-gritty on who’s got the best chance to win in each Oscars category. Lee and King know it’s not an easy road, but they meet the challenge by taking a shot.

Tip: Showbiz & sports stars know success is in having love for the fans and hustle-love for the game.

Talkback: Is it time for Spike Lee to win that big one and for pass-interference calls to be reviewable?

Cardi B & Simone Biles Explain How Their Dreams Came Together Even Through Stormy Weather

doc_lg

Superbowl LII is in the bag and the Philly parade is set. The game might be over but it seems Cardi B and Simone Biles are just getting started. It’s hard to say which one’s the bigger pop culture icon right now. One’s getting ready to tour with Bruno Mars, the other’s back to training for the 2020 Olympic team.

Both have adoring fans who just can’t get enough of their style and story. For Cardi B it’s a case of “don’t judge a book by its backside until you get the backstory.” For Biles it’s a case of “when a dream is in you it’s gotta find a way to come through.” Then again maybe we can say the same thing for both.

Their journeys are somewhat similar in skipping out on college. Cardi B made it through two semesters and had enough. Biles chose to skip out on a UCLA scholarship and instead go pro to fulfill her dreams. Fast-forward their stories and you find them becoming their best by having a ‘no limit’ mindset.

Both did some ‘firsts’ in their game. Cardi B as the first rapper to have her first three singles in the top 10 on Billboard’s Hot 100s. At the Rio Olympics Biles became the first female gymnast to win four gold medals in the same games. Now they’re both working on not being a one-time wonder or passing fancy.

simone-biles2

Biles’ weakness is the uneven bars. She’s much better at gymnastic routines that use the power in her legs. But her electric personality fits well with her performance stick-ability. Cardi B turned her weakest times into breakout moments. Now her music career seems to be on a path of going all the way up.

Their road to glory also came with some ‘stormy weather.’ Biles had to bounce around in foster care until she was adopted by her grand-parents. Cardi B dealt with the separation of her parents and the challenge of finding it hard to get by. They showed courage to stay the course and soar by how they would:

  1. List the dream and make the hit list.

One year after barely missing out on making the National Team, Biles decided to regroup to do whatever it took to bounceback. She soon became a hit on the gymnastic circuit and went on to become three-time world champion. Then she decided to list the dream of making the Rio Olympics and the rest is history.

  1. Learn the ropes and trust the process.

Cardi B didn’t initially set out to be a rapper. But to move past her show-girl days, she began paying attention to some of the big stars in the game. She remembers thinking that she could do that by bringing her own swag and then some. Things went from there, after starting from the bottom and now she’s here.

  1. Bring the funk and raise the roof.

The funk for Biles is how she became a force on the floor. She’d find the zone where passion was just rolling towards perfection. The funk is that feeling of being in a good groove. It’s something fans can sense when it happens. The funk for Cardi B has her becoming a force where she gets to raise the roof.

  1. Spread the love and live the life.

Recently Biles shared that she was also the victim of sexual abuse. She kept those feelings repressed for years but now her healing comes from being able to tell her story and spread the love. Beyond a new boyfriend to talk about and fiancé to have and hold, these ladies are in a good place to live the life.

When you look at their life, your life or my life you see what you see. But after a while things seem to turn out fine. Biles and Cardi B’s stories remind us that even if you’ve had some downside, you can still reach the upside. These ladies are doing it big, making their mark and owning their place in the showbiz game.

Tip: When you have a dream in you it finds a way to come through by learning the ropes and trusting the process.

A Cool Way for Flexing Style, Game & Soul in How We Roll (Old-School Flava)

The Superbowl is over but the memories will live on forever. That’s how it certainly feels for those who came out on the winning side. After the game’s overtime comeback many also welcomed the Obama’s return from vacation. He and Richard Branson are two smart guys who make us want to be like them.

These days Obama might be feeling like Michael Vick who announced his retirement. In an ESPN interview Vick said “I’m ready to move on to different things in my life and different facets of my life.” They’re open to another road to career heaven by chasing new dreams to a point of major satisfaction.

Maybe Branson is the right guy to spend time with them on that road. He’s been down different ones a time or two. He was ready to show BO what it feels like to sail, surf and sky to a new venture in career high. It didn’t hurt Obama was willing to go after something he missed because of his role as POTUS44.

Michelle brought her beach style to the shoreline. BO brought his ‘beach cool’ to the kite-surfing highline. Trying something new was very appealing. He took the challenge of stretching beyond his comfort zone to enjoy the splash of success. It’s a day or night to remember, the people and things that give us chills.

In a social media post on his Nobel Peace Summit Award Branson wrote “So many of life’s successes, including many of mine, are owed to the trailblazing actions of others.” Sometimes chasing the dream is inspired by seeing yourself in the success of others and carries on in the lessons shared with others.

Another Superbowl done over. Memories to last forever. How those on winning side feel. After last minute overtime steal. Comeback from losing position. To winning and confetti celebration. Meanwhile Obama’s back from vacation. He and Richard Branson two smart guys. Make us want to be like them in wise.

These days Obama on next phase. After downtime and goodbye praise. Maybe feeling like Vick on retirement shift. Into new things as a rift. Wants to move on to new facets. And to apply passion assets. A new career heaven to suppose. Chasing new dreams who knows. To point of satisfaction, smell the rose.

Maybe Branson right guy to share an ode. From time spent on similar road. Been down ones a time or two. Ready to show BO on making it do what it do. What it feels like to sail, surf and sky. To a new venture in career high. BO going after what’s missed. As POTUS44 and FLOTUS44 getting kissed.

Michelle brought beach style to shoreline. BO his ‘beach cool’ to surfing highline. Trying something new very appealing. With cap turned backwards had us reeling. Took the challenge of stretching beyond. Past comfort zone and splash in the pond. In day or night of some thrills. People and things that give us chills.

About Nobel Peace Award Branson wrote. Sometimes getting to success is how you float. On trailblazing actions of other stars. Or striving for house, land and cars. Chasing the dream to the next place. Doing things at your own pace. Inspiring yourself through few kin folks. Those in biz school or just telling jokes.

A New Way to Shine with Highlights, Insights and Media-bites that’s Exciting (Old-School Flava)

It was just another day at the office as Superbowl pools got checked and cross-checked. The winners were happy while the losers were good sports. Then it was back to the normal workday of meetings and projects. Meanwhile, Beyoncé broke the Internet and Von Miller broke the shell in their best showing yet.

Over 100 million saw the Broncos win and Von Miller named MVP. NFL Commissioner Goodell said “He’s the kind of young man that plays this game at the highest level and does it off the field, also.” Bey and Von know sometimes you’ve got to be focused and hungry for more than a regular serving of success.

The shattered pieces of the Internet have mended after the Halftime Show. So had the setbacks and injuries Miller experienced during the 2013 season. He described it as ‘a rough period’ in his pro career. The word around football circles is that he found a new sense of purpose, focus and hunger for the game.

“It’s like, he got it. He got through it. He understood that you can do more with this platform than just play,” said his mother Gloria Miller talking to Denver’s NBC 9News. Before going on Ellen’s Show he paid homage to family, friends and his football brothers in the trenches for helping him move past the benches.

Miller is like ‘hometown boy done good.’ Bey is no different and in a sense was in Michael Jackson mode. They affirm why we blog at Big Time University. It’s about learning everything you can from those who’ve come before you or are around you and sharing everything you can with those coming behind you.

Another day, another office Superbowl pool. No time to punt or be a fool. Before results in the bag things get checked. Then as game over get cross-checked. Winners happy, losers look to next year. Then back to cube, desk and chair. Beyoncé did her thing broke the Internet. Miller broke the shell for best stuff yet.

Over 100 million saw the game. Miller making it to MVP fame. NFL Commish thinks he’s the real deal. Playing at highest level on and off the field. A young man whose game is up and up. How he helped Broncos win the cup. Got to be focused and hungry. Beyond regular success serving ask Tony Dungy.

Shattered pieces of Internet mended. Halftime show saw Bey, Coldplay and Bruno blended. Miller moving past 2013 season setbacks. Showing what it takes to have comebacks. Sees it as ‘a rough period’ gone by. Now he’s surely flying high. New sense for what he can do. When things line-up and come to you.

It’s like he got it and got through it. Deciding not the time to quit. Understood that he can do more. With a platform as well as the score. Momma Miller right there by his side. Giving her support for the long ride. Paying homage to football brothers in the trenches. For helping him not be stuck on the benches.

He’s ‘hometown boy done good.’ Bey’s no different as others could. With her in Michael Jackson mode. He’s ready to rock and hit the road. Affirming Big Time University is a place. Where we rise to next level space. Learning from those before us and around the way. Lifting those behind us for their hip hip hooray.

The countdown to the big game has begun. For Cam Newton it’s his first trip to the Superbowl. The other big game countdown is the 2016 Olympics. It’s six months away and Usain Bolt has his eyes set on the sprint double for a third time. These guys might be cut out of the same cloth of primetime performance.

Hall-of-Fame Quarterback Joe Namath is quoted by USA Today as saying “Cam is purely joyful to watch. He’s certainly entitled to showing his pleasure… if you’re not winning, you can’t do it.” Newton and Bolt show us how to bring juice on the job, mojo in the marketplace and super powers on the field of dreams.

Their gameplan doesn’t always go as expected. But they adjust their thrust because for them winning is a must. You know how water flows in a pipe when the pressure is released. They do the same as their juice on the job flows by releasing their passion. This works at the office and other parts of the business world.

Win or lose Newton’s likely to rake-in more commercials. Bolt’s not doing shabby either. He just landed a deal with an Australian company. The director said “It’s no secret that Usain Bolt competes to win. His hard work, fierce determination and unwavering commitment are exuded every time he hits the track.”

So what do these guys have in common? Well Cam celebrates with the dab. Usain poses as the ‘lightning bolt.’ They get the chance to showcase their strengths on the big stage. For Newton & Bolt, where there’s gold on the line they just turn super-power type performance into a celebration dance and hot pants.

A New Way to Shine With Highlights, Insights and Media-bites that’s Exciting (New-School Flava)

Countdown to big game running. NFL pros back from Hawaii sunning. Cam Newton makes first Superbowl trip. Like dancing on Uptown Funk he’s ice cold hip. Six months to Olympics opening night. Usain Bolt looking to take flight. Guys cut out of same cloth. Primetime performance. not chicken broth.

Hall-of-Famer Namath knows about passing to catch. Saying Newton is joyful to watch. Entitled to showing his pleasure. ‘Cause he’s winning for good measure. Newton and Bolt bring juice on the job. Others want to say they’re snob. Mojo in the marketplace gleams. Super powers on the field of dreams.

Gameplan not always connected. Or going as they had expected. Finding ways to adjust. In focus, passing and thrust. Since winning for them is a must. You know how water flows in a pipe. When pressure released without the hype. Juice on the job flows the same. Work, play & passion in the game.

Win or lose Newton to rake-in more. Once game over and settle the score. Bolt’s on par to be market leader. Australian company his new commercial feeder. Director tells the story of competing to win. And seeing Bolt’s cheek-wide grin. Hard work, fierce determination and commitment with that stick a pin.

So what do they have alike? They could easily be like mike. Cam celebrates with a dab. Usain with ‘lightning bolt’ that’s fab. The chance to showcase their skills. On the big stage it’s the thrills. Where there’s gold on the line it’s a dance. Super-power type results in their performance and hot pants.

Tip: The best days on the job can seem like a song, dance and super-power type results in performance.

Talkback: Do Newton and Bolt have a point about why some people can’t give them their due?
